• Items must be in new, unused condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
• Custom orders, used merchandise and personalized items are non-refundable.

• INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. For only $2.00 extra, you may request a FedEx Ground Return pickup from your home or office by:

• calling 1.800.GO.FedEx and requesting a "Ground Return Pickup"

Returns - International - You pay shipping
For returns from outside the continental US, Golfdom does not handle shipping. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service and paying any shipping cost.
