RETURNS
Golfdom accepts returns on any NEW, UNUSED product with receipt and manufacturer’s tags & labels attached, for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. (A restocking fee applies for other returned product)

PRICE MATCHING
Golfdom will price match any authorized, competitive dealer’s price on any confirmable in stock item.

SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY
When Golfdom advertises some restrictions apply, we are referring to manufacturer’s that haveretail restriction pricing policies. These manufactures include, but are not limited to, the following: Ping, Under Armour, Cobra, Titleist, Callaway, Cleveland, Mizuno and Taylor Made. Any of the aforementioned Manufacturer’s Products, cannot be sold for less than the manufacturer’s recommended retail price. This restriction also includes, but is not limited to, the following limitation: special offers cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions. Shoes are excluded from apparel promotions and sales unless otherwise indicated.

GOLFDOM PLAYABILITY GUARANTEE
Within the first 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with your play with your new clubs, you can return them to Golfdom and receive an in-store credit of up to 70% of your purchase price (the return value of 70% is based upon normal wear). Golfdom VIG members will receive 80% of the purchase price. Playability Guarantee policy details:

The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and the original receipt must be presented at the time of return.
The guarantee is offered for new iron set(s) and new wood(s) it does not apply to Closeout sets/Clubs sold at discount, Used Clubs, Wedges, Putters or Combo sets (i.e., boxed 3x8 value sets).
The guarantee does not apply to Custom Ordered Club(s) that are built to the customer’s specifications nor does it apply to clubs that have had any alteration from the original manufacturer’s specifications, this includes grip changes.
The guarantee is for store credit only. Clubs returned after the 30-day period or without the original receipt will be handled under Golfdom’s Trade-In Program. The Golfdom Playability Guarantee may only be used by a customer once from the date of the original club(s) purchase.
Normal wear will be determined by Golfdom’s Store Manager. Pop-up marks, dings, chips and scratches are not considered normal wear and tear. Clubs returned in this condition will fall under Golfdom’s Trade-In Program.
Golfdom reserves the right to modify this program at any time.
